RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, the price of the Product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be reimbursed. The cost of returning the Product(s) to us, as well as any customs fees, shall be borne by the Customer.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products intended for personal or sanitary use, hazardous products or flammable gases or liquids.

We will only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If, in this case, you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to contact@flopbunny.com.
Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver. and he will know that you have returned the item.
You will need to pay your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
